Things are a bit stressed around here
Sep. 29th, 2005 07:48 am- Sproglet has actually LOST weight over the last week. He's still alert, chirpy, wetting nappies, pooing, etc, but just skinnier I guess.
- Pediatricians seems to be well booked out in advance. (Four weeks??? Thank god someone cancelled.)
- I seem to have nipple thrush. Off to dr to check it out today. Maybe that's what's causing the weight loss of sproglet. Plus I had a cold at the beginning of the week.

I'm hoping to check out an electric expressing machine. The hand held one I have here is annoying me. :-) I have been experimenting with breastfeeding lying on my side on the bed, and it's nice that way. Sproglet is still crying during feeds, so once I have been to GP and pediatrician, if ped doesn't say anything useful (like: "Yes, it's the thrush causing the problems with him feeding,") then off to a lactation expert I will go. I like this breastfeeding thing.
