Chocolate Recipes

I need some chocolate recipes! I have all this couveture chocolate I want to use up, but can't be stuffed trying to temper it. So. Send me some chocolate recipes.

I only have a chocolate zucchini recipe but it uses cocoa instead of chocolate but I supose you can adapt it to using chocolate.


I'll email you the recipe when I can find the book .

One effective way of using up lots of chocolate is to make chocolate mousse the way Linda does. :P She also made a nice rocky road a couple of weeks ago.

You'll have to poke her for the recipes though...
