My middle had 4 febrile convulsions until she grew out of them and it was only the last doctor we saw who mentioned that in her experience kids are less likely to convulse if they are well hydrated. Just thought I'd mention it as I would have liked to have heard it sooner rather than later. The fits were scary as hell but they didn't do her any harm in the long run.
