As of this morning, we were down to one duckling, and some fat ravens were lurking around trying to get at the last one.
;-(

Don't want to know if the last one is gone yet... will find out tomorrow I guess.

Sorry for your loss and I know if I lost one of the baby budgies I'd feel the same way .

Taking Gretel and the baby into the laundry might be a good idea. We took Mama and three babies into the bathroom for safety once, but that was to protect them from Papa.

The laundry is cat zone. They will be even more unimpressed if we tried to move the ducks into their eating area.
