I made bread! I did it in the kenwood, using Chaosmanor's recipe, and it's fucking AWESOME! I knew I wouldn't be able to knead, I'm trying to not run myself ragged, but this was the best bread I have ever made! The grain is even and beautiful, the crust delightful and it sprung up for a thirs rise in the oven, which mine sometimes forget to do! And, since I had the kenwood out, I made a cake too. Go me! Now I need a cup of tea and soe recovery time I think. I had a slice of bread with peanut butter and it was sooooooo gooooood.

I think you gave your mincer to me because it didn't fit the model you had but it fitted my model. Either that or you gave me the pasta former for the same reason and I got the mincer when I bought my Kenwood.

We have now got the knack of making pasta dough in the kenwood, using the K-beater not the dough hook which surprised me. Fantastic!

I think it was the pasta maker attachment.
I may have given the mincer away since I never used it. Otherwise, I would love to find it now LOL
