Oooh!

This sounds good:-)

I'm also really fond of Adas Polo (Meat and Lentil Rice, from Passion for Pulses if you have it, or I'll find the post/recipe later) and Paddington's Lamb Meatballs I _think_ are turkish based (rather than strictly turkish).

And there is something else... I'll get back to you about that—when I remember what it was:-)

The 'turkish style kebabs' recipe was just awesomeness, can you post the recipe so I can try it?

Thank you again for an awesome night :)

I am still debating about posting the recipes.
If I start now, I end up doing a *lot* more typing than I really have time for. So the answer is... I'll think about it LOL

I expect all of the recipes to be good, hence my uncertainty.

i may jot it down on monday then and save you the typing :)

BTW the carrot and mint and garlic salad was AWESOME with lunch today. I made corn fritters with capsicum and mushrooms and put natural yoghurt on top, and cold carrot salad. I also put a little balsamic dressing onto the cold couscous to make a salad too.

And it was all SO BLOODY GOOD!
