In 2 weeks I'll stop posting about jobs and start posting about Nanowrimo instead!

I read back three or four posts and that's the post about starting at Medicare. I had such high hopes of stuff! In the end I applied to jobs all year. So many jobs.

I am considering whether I should do 50k, or play with learning how to plot and plan novels for fun instead. Produce one novel plot a week that I can then write later. Plotted down to the scene.

A learning curve, since I am a bit of a pantser. I see the end and then have to make up situations to force my characters to the finale.

I love the idea of planning a novel down to the scene level. Even if you never use them, getting the practice at doing that has to be valuable.

Also after so many job applications this year, I can write in 300 word blocks... and not much else sometimes.

Oh, I hear you on that. I can do short summaries or very very lengthy rambles, and nothing sensible in between.
