Youch. That looks quite nasty with the bruising on both side of your foot like that. Have you had it x-rayed?

No. It doesn't hurt any more. Except when I use it too much while hopping around the house. (Like this morning for example.)

So it doesn't hurt *often*. I'm staying off it heaps. It is getting better.

Might be worth having a physiotherapist look at it. Damaged tendons and muscles can cause bruises like that and if they heal badly, it can effect range of motion. Naturally, X-rays don't pick up that sort of damage.

I've had similar injuries, and they're sooo not fun.
