I have a sore throat and a bit of a head cold. Hopefully, sweated it out during the small of the night.
Yuck.
Last thing I want to do is go into labour with a cold or flu!!

thinnk of it this way, your immune system is boosting, which will have the same direct effect on the soon to be sproglet, so it's all good :)
