I ate some left over thai from our cooking course which was nice, but I burnt my tongue on the spoon.

I have contacted Intimo, and had a giggle with the chickie who rang me. The overnight mail *really is* over night, even from Perth. I stand in awe.

I have blended 3.5ish litres of tomatos sauce. My 3ish litres of chutney don't appear to have worked out; terribly, terribly runny, but if I could be bothered I could pour it all into a pot and cook it some more. Also missing tumeric. The tomato sauce however appears to be startlingly tomato saucey. It does indeed seem to be the sort of thing you would splash onto your pie. And has about the same consistency as the purchased stuff, so I am happy. Was worried becauce every other pot of home made tomato sauce tended to be watery and chunky at the same time. Because I wasn't planning to make tomato sauce until faced with 14 kilos or so of cooking tomatos and the chutney only required 8 pounds (four kilos) all the tomato sauce is in jam jars. :-)

If any one would like some, there will be a couple of spares.

So, whinging is over for now. Until I next wake up cranky of course. *grin*
