Swancon XXX

It went well. There were many people. I think we made budget. All problems encountered seemed to be personal to a large degree, rather than organisational or concom. :-) It was ... a con.
I realised yesterday or the day before that I have been to nine swancons. That was a bit of a shock. And I realised that my Ippongi Bang signed spoon was at least 8 swancons old. Scary. How did that happen??
The official theme was Consensuality. The unofficial theme seemed to be Family. Anna and Art brought their three in, Aerin was there, Connor was there, people were patting Sproglet and chatting to it/her/him all the time, plus Lee and Lyn's kids were there for a few hours for the wedding... plus of course Elaine had Alistair there and Sally and Dave had Evvan... Family.
Quote of the weekend: "OH MY GOD THAT'S MY MOTHER!" See? Family. :-)
