I, I , I , I, I, know how to boy wrangle. It's fairly easy. It just sometimes amazes me about boys themselves sometimes. :-)
I've been sick for most of the con, which sucks. I got bad stomach cramps on the first night, a bit of food poisoning I think from a few days ago, so I slept for 22 hours out of 24, and have been wobbly ever since. Not thatI have let that stop me drinking at night and having a good time. It just meant that last night I got to bed at midnightish and got out of bed at 11ish the next day, had some food, saw a panel, and went straight back to bed. So far, I've only managed to find my own room parties, which sucks. :-) We have a common area on our floor, so we parties hard the first night there, which was great, but on the second night they locked it and got all antsy so we went back to the con area to continue partying last night. Managed to miss almost all panels. Most panels didn't really interest me anyway - I guess it's still at the hard core geeky stage, and not yet hit the relaxed "Oh hell we have four panel streams, sex in space it is." type of thing. We dragged ddie Campbell and his daughter to dinner. He's still hot, but his daughter is here!! Maybe I'll buy him a drink/make him buy me a drink tonight when I'm bedecked in my red jewellery with the red bra and the vollers corset... if that's what i decide to wear after all. Kind of ready to come home now. :-) Mynxii, I don't know if I can get the autograph, but I will be *sure* to pass on the hugs to Eddie. Haven't actually got out of the hotel much because I have been sleeping during the day since I'm so unwell. The weakness is the killer, and then I get tired too, and I may as well be asleep on the floor in the middle of the room. Not the best place for a busty lusty lady in corsetry and a strange city. *grin*
We have a nice little clique going of Lil, pat, cheshire, and me. WE also have Donald, who's catch phrase will be "Does it sound better with a German accent?" Splanky comes in and out as she does stuff she wants to do and then comes back, and cheshire is also in and out a lot cos he has his own things to do. lus Erika and DC are around enough to get our injokes as well. :-) It turns out pat watched the Angels of America thing too, and has a slight stutter, so if Lil, pat or I start our conversations with an I, we have to start it with I, I, I, I, I think.... as per Emma Thomson as an Angel. She rocked as an angel. :-)
S and A are going to hit Golgotha tonight, which would be nice. I kind of miss my goth industrial music, Ineed some covenant in my blood stream. But I like to stay *really* close to the hotel, because I'm still very weak and tired and not sure if I will make it back! I have spent a lot of money on alcohol and food forother people, but I think it had definately been worth it. I'm thinking I'll catch Eddie, give him a Mynxiihug, and then buy him a drink. And find Max Barry a drink, cos he was cute. Now if he's not gone home on the Friday, then I think some of this weekend's stories might have been a bit different.
