Old Mobiles

Does any one have an old mobile phone they are no longer using that I could steal/borrow?

I loved the Nokia 3310, but am willing to try anything. I lost the mobile, have the sim card to replace it, but no mobile to put it in so I can unlock the new sim card. I also have no budget to get a whole new phone just yet. So if I can borrow it for a week, great! If I could borrow it for a couple of months, even better! And maybe we can buy it off you depending on age and use etc.

I don't have a spare one, but I loved my 3310 too. when it finally died I did a massive upgrade to a 3315 - exactly the same thing really :)

one of the best things was the music editor. I wasn't able to find a midi of the main theme from Three Colours Blue anywhere, so I was able to write it myself with the 3310 and 3315. my bf has a newfangled flashy polyphonic whatever, but *he* can't write his own music ;)

I laugh every time Lyn's mobile rings because it's polyphonic (Is that the right term?) and it's f*cking funny.

Hmm, well there's a 3210 (http://www.nokia.com.au/BaseProject/Sites/AUEN_27973/CDA/Categories/Home/images/phones/_Content/_Static_Files/img_archph_3210.jpg) (whose shape I actually prefer over the 33xx's) here that been sitting around gathering dust onkeeping dust off my desk for a number of months...

I have a 3210 too, which is due to be recycled as soon as I can find a place to recycle it at. You need to charge it every 36 hours or so as the battery is a bit sucky but otherwise it works okay and it's free to a good home.
