Internet Boring! Been up since 7:30ish, and internet is boring! All read now.

Well, every one has been eagerly awaiting my update on Sunday, so I guess here goes!!

Nope. It's just a string bikini. =-)

Anyway. I'm not feeling higely chatty, my words just don't seem to want to come, so this might be a shorter update than I would prefer it to be. The shortest version is that I had a fantastic time. I've never had any one put so much work and love into organizing an event like this for me, and I am amazed and pleased and feel extraodinarily special.

It was great to be able to just relax and have a great time. People would ask me things, and I could say "I don't know! Ask them!" and smile. I hassled Chesh out alittle bit a couple of day in advance, asking important questions like ... "When does it start?" "I don't know." "When do we need to be there by...?" "I don't know!" LOL. Hee hee hee. I was just picking on him cos he was there. But anyway. Mother decided she would make her own way there, so we didn't need to give her a lift after all, so due to a state of excitement (yeah, WA) we headed off at 2:00ish. Although it didn't really start until 3:00ish. :-)

There was strawberry champagne. Katlenberger. It's been sooooooooooooo loooooooongggggg and it was sooooooooooo goooooooooood. Splanky rocked up with carloads of stuff, and eventually Lyn rocked up with Connor and we chatted until people arrived. It was ...... huge. There was a table piled high with presents. There were people *everywhere*. And there were games and quizzes! And naked men! Well, semi naked men. ;-D Semi-naked ARYAN men.

One of the quizzes was on me! Had great questions like what's my fave spectator sport - iron chef, aryan mud wrestling or boring stuff like golf or football. *grin*

(You know, every time they call Glenn "Shearer," I hear it as "Shee-Ra." Am I showing some age here??)

I was so excited and hyped, it all kind of blends together! I know I even blushed! An aryan boy was brought to me on a leash... Mother was sitting next to me... EEEEEP! I'll admit, I blushed long and hard. I made him get me a drink because what else can I do in front of Ma?? *grin* So I also made him get Mother a drink too. *grin* Tee hee hee. He also played bridesmaid and wrote down who gave me what, so that in about ten years I can do thank you cards. He was lovely, and eager to please. *evil grin*

I am in awe of the lovely stuff that we were given! I loved the mix of frozen biscuits and tarts and stuff from Fe2h2o and livelurker, absolutely awesome! Brilliant. Mynxii gave me a really lovely locket, I need to get some photos organized to go into now, plus Splanky gave me ginger body dust from Lush, which smells divine. We got a huge list of stuff, so I'm not going to cover the rest of it here!

I forgot my digital camera. Splanky forgot hers. I don't know if there are any photos. I got to wear my pretty dress! Jacinda came! I haven't seen her in over a year (I know that because she was pregnant with Ada last time we spoke, and now Ada just turned one!!) We felt sorry for Jac, her kids were not having a good day, and were being very difficult. She was trying very hard to relax and have fun and join into the games, but the kids just didn't want to let her. There were so many children! Millions! Hundred of millions! Eeep!

Highlights:
-Aeryn wandering around plucking food from other children and eating it calmly and without worry. Other children just watching without worry. Aeryn not worried when said food was removed from him and given back to original muncher.... *grin* It was so cute. He just looked with his big brown eyes and grabbed things gently but firmly... so cute!

- me talking about how "glad I am that I have a husband that sent me to sydney with the potential of some casual kinky sex..." "Sarah, you're mum's on the phone...." Good thing the voice pick up on Chesh's mobile is so sucky!!!!
- Radiumlabs and lucretiae and a few others sticking around and just casual chatting for ages on interesting, adult topics.
- The entire day!!

Wow again. Everything was beautifully run and worked wonderfully. There were so many people! Abd so much food! And heaps and heaps of fun! I don't expect that every one had as much fun as me, but I am HUGELY appreciative of *everything* Splanky, Mynxii and Lyn did and wanted to do for me. I've never had anything like this organized by someone else, and it's truly overwhelming. I had a great day guys, I'm never going to forget it.

I know I have forgotten things from the day, and I will remember them later!

me and a workmate decided that it is when you get ADSL you work out that there is nothing on the internet that you want to see. half the reason why people spend so much time on the interest is waiting for things to download, once you have them, you just don't care anymore
