And then dragged myself out and made Soy Sauce Chicken from this webpage:

And it was bloody awesome! We had meat and three veg (giggle) meat = chicken breasts, instead of potatos, carrots and peas we had rice, bok choy, and steamed english spinach and brocolli! Yum!!

Worst thing... *looks at kitchen mournfully* is that we now have about a cup of the rather awesome sauce sitting there waiting for me to freeze or ditch it....

I think that if I freeze it, I am unlikely to use it. *sigh* So it looks like ditching it is.

Nope, Chesh has had an idea - we're keeping it frozen for vegetables sauces. YUM!

Wow that sounds way yummy , I've saved in my fav's ,I wonder if it work for pork as well ?
