Keep some of that energy for tomorrow! It's great to see people getting so energetic, I sometimes think that the dampening of such enthusiasm can be a crime in itself. We're all so self controlled, we just fade into the walls these days... and this is one reason why I like fans. I love the passion in their eyes as they start arguing over whether Faith was better than Buffy, or if Star Trek really did have the same plot each week compared to Blakes 7, and whether Twister comes with a free bottle of lube for the adlut version. It's great to see people so energetic and passionate about *anything at all!*
Anyways, my mind is one huge series of checklists. Thankfully, I have a short series of check lists compared to ConMaster. However, I keep running through them, and the next conceivable 24 hours, to make sure I have covered every eventuality I can imagine. The only thing that could possibly be unplanned for is if kris forgets to get Cheshire from work! Funny, but unplanned *grin* sorry honey *giggle*
My plan of having a fundraising event for XXX organized in time hasn't come about; purely for two reasons: 1) the Masons didn't want to play and I didn't have any time for finding a similar venue for comparative purposes (BTW, thanks Radium honey, it's not happening *at the moment* but will talk to you about it further later) and 2) those dreaded words... (paraphrasing because I can't remember exactly) "... don't know if we can get the commitee together to discuss...' I figure it will be worth my actually attending a committee meeting, finding out who is on it, and how this committee works. By the time I had hitched on the current committee's system, things were basically in the "Do it, and report" system, which is always fun. It's been a while since I've used the "sort it out, get approval, and do it" system. *shrug* Not a huge hass though. :-) Looking forward to it - I hope Chaosmanor is ready for me! Or is it I should be ready for Chaosmanor and co??

So. Burble blurble happiness glow burble. Ok, so I'm hyped and looking forward to con. This is probably the first year where my hyped energies have had somewhere to go, usually I just stew until I hit con at full tilt, and once the debris is cleaned up and people are speaking to me again, then it's all over. Maybe this means this year will be a quiet one. God, I hope not, I live in terror at the mere thought that I might have a con which is not DEBAUCHEROUS and EXCITING and INTERESTING and PUSHING LIMITS. *grin*
To debauchery!!

We have the disky game ready, it's all set to go. It's in my brief case I think. Actually, I might have moved it to the suitcase. I'm going to put it plus a few other accountrements fitting to my role in life into my backpack. I wonder if I can fit 1L of southern comfort into the bag. I wonder if I will need to hide the fact from Kundra that I am using her bag to carry 1L of southern comfort. *grin* Kundra is coming! She's dragging along heaps of corsets to the market day, which is fantastic. I promised I would wear a corset for her. Not sure which one yet - I know it *should* be one of the ones she has made me, but I haven't worn EITHER of my new ones yet. I spose it depends on the scenery at the con!
I know I am on panels, but can't remember which. I will see what is on the programme when I see a programme. :-) It will all work out, I am sure. *grin* IO have been reading Gorean novels again. I shouldn't do that so close to con. Gives me some evil ideas. :-) Plus I've started answering my boss with "Yes Master!" if he gets too demanding. LOL
