Next week they are covering Molecular Gastronomy and all sorts of yummy looking stuff. This week they covered Wagyu beef in ausrtralia! Now there's a herd i would NOT recommend letting any one else have ccess to breeding capabilities (*horde horde horde*) Mmmmm food....

There's apparently a gastronomie club in perth but it was hard to make out if it was an italian family who just looked to cook it up or if it was a club people could actually join. Mind you, the food looked awesome, and so probably out of my price range right now! And I want to go to Tasmania and eat everything....erk...

i feel sorry for the cows/steers on our farm, now. they don't have toys.
