Bit of a price difference between $80 USD and a starting bid of 99cents USD, both for about a pound of vanilla beans. Mind you, if that's about 120 odd beans, that's around-ish a dollar a bean... it's still a damn sight better than coles...and already inside of any possible quarantine...

Hmmmm. Will have to think hard about this one! Any one want to go in for some vanilla beans with me?

Just for the record, importing food into Australia tends to be hard work. You'd probably lose these to Quarantine.

Yeah I know but I was half asleep when I was trawling before and wrote that. Brain not engaged. Who knows, there may have been ppl who read this thread, thought it was a good idea and never got as far as the other one.
