callistra: Fuschia from Sinfest crying her heart out next to Hell's flames (Purple Flower!)
I read backwards.
I got this far: http://www.livejournal.com/users/callistra/friends?skip=700
Note the SEVEN HUNDRED at the end? Yeah, THAT far. Mind you, I skipped a lot, skimmed a lot, and really only paid attention when it was a post from friends. :-)

I'm tired. In the hospital, I was averaging about three naps a day plus most of a night's sleep. Today, I got a one hour sleep in the morning, and the rest of my usual nap times were taken up with coming home or cleaning up the hospital room.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone for all the wishes, thoughts, and comments. I've tried to write my birthstory, I got about half way through before I needed a nap, so I'll try again probably tomorrow, once I've fired up the laptop again, and I'll also write a long story about the hospital and midwives and see if I can answer every one's questions for them. Last night, we were in bed by 8:00. It was nice. It looks like I'm not to be so lucky tonight, but I'm sure it will all work out.

Vincent is terribly, terribly precious. I'm a bit sad right now because our first feed outside of the hospital involved a bit of a temper tantrum and my being very tired means I'm feeling a bit sad and keep crying all over John! But hey, more details on that later I am sure.

Glad to be home.

Welcome back and congratulations.

*hugs* Sleeping and a couple of good cries will do a world of wonders - don't fight either of them.

Poor John hates to see me cry and likes to make me feel better. But either way, thanks for the thoughts.
:-)
And yes, nap times will come around more often tomorrow.

Welcome home, babe. If you need anything be sure to ask. I'm always here. Well, in the evenings after 6pm anyway.

Cool. Sometimes I just need someone to wail at. After 6 pm is fine, because during the day I can wail at John without feeling guilty that he should be asleep!

If you need another shoulder to cry on or just to chat ,just give me a call .

It's normal to feel a bit out of it after getting out of hospital from having a group of people helping you to just having the two of you to figure out how to look after the little tyke.

Give me a call anytime(within reason) and you'll be fine ,you just need to get the hang of things.

I think in one of the 82 comments I read, you promised me cake! I need to make sure I get you over here in the next 9 weeks and 5 days. Or is it 9 weeks and 4 days...

I have forgot bits already! But I did get half way through while I was still in hospital. It's kind of a meandering story which focuses on points rather than following what actually happened.
