callistra: Fuschia from Sinfest crying her heart out next to Hell's flames (Good as Gold AOL)
We have been busy little bunnies! This is the first chance we've had to use the internet since we landed! Had a great time in Adelaide. Kind of surprised at how flat everything is, but alsoi not surprised. The width of the roads and the sheer flatness of the country side have made it a lovely, wide sky-ed holiday. We've been to Glenelg and the marina there, and drank coke and had steak sandwiches which were very nice, we stuck our hands in a differenyt ocean again, and I found a fossilly style rocky thing and cheshire found me a rock with a hole in it *grin*. Then Saturday we went to Handorfh which was very cool, and A had her fortune told, and I found the cutest little cauldron! It's the kind of ones I have been eyeing off via mail, but figured the postage would suck. Although flying over here is not as cheap, it was a lot more fun. We never caught up with Sean Williams, but I did finish his books this morning. Way cool. Apparently the rumours he worked in a record shop were unfounded. Darn. :-)

I don't like this terminal as much as I liked the last one. This one sucks.
;-)

Anyway, i think I shall spend some time reading friend's journals after this. Looking forward to getting home and getting some coherence back in my life. And some sobriety!!!

Yay, we're home! My own pc, my own car, my own bed, my own food...I found myself looking for food that I can only now realise would taste like food from home...weird, but amusing none the less.
:-)

Tally:
Chesh: 997 emails, 2 bills, 3 peices of mail,1 voicemail message
Calli: 200 emails, 1 bill, 6 peices of mail, 2 voicemail message

And a flat battery in the car! Dammit!! :-) We got all excited about the idea of Hungry Jack's, and then what happens???

We had a great time. I should write it all out in order now that I hopefully have some time to do so. However, I quite simply can't be stuffed. The suitcases are lying on the floor in the lounge room, theoretically for washing clothes, but really because we're too stuffed to move things to useful places.

A and S bought me a present - it's a beautiful little corset bag. You'll all be seeing it. Plus I had bought myself a cute little corset bag. You'll all be seeing that too! Plus a bell, an amber heart, two magic wands, a rock with a hole and a fossilly rocky thing, an amethyst ring, a present for my brother's birthday, a mosaics kit for mum, presents for splanky girl, (several of those), chinese ingot style rocks for the elements, a baby cauldron (it's soooooo cutttttttte) plus a dragons blood creations corset as well as the vollers corset. I am sure I have missed stuff. *grin*

So we've had something to eat (2 minute mee goreng - a love/hate relationship!) and are kind of sitting around catching up on the feel of being home. And LL and L were going to visit us in Adelaide!! That would have rocked!! Have been missing them too, can't wait to see them and just go "bleh" and let the verbal diarhear begin. I can either dribble on here for a while or else read the 70 something digests left in my BDSM folder. *sigh* I don't know if I can be bothered, but we really don't have enough mental energy to actually "do" anything right now. And there's only so many times I can read people's journals, and they don't update as often as I can read them. LOL.
