I made satay pumpkin soup for my course, but I think the chili sauce bottle slipped in my hand (I swear it was only a tablespoon full) and the entire soup was a bit too hot for some people (my bad. Next time I will do better!) But we had sour cream or natural yoghurt, and fresh chopped coriander (it's just the best finish.) There was heaps and heaps of soup. Four pumpkins worth in fact. *sigh*

However, the peice d'resistance. (Whatever.) Was ST's dessert(s).
Hazelnut Praline semi-freddo.
It was divine. FT and I were fighting over who got the teaspoons so we could draw it out for longer, tiniest bit by tiniest bit. The disk game is similar in ways to Never Ever and Truth Dare and Torture but for non-teenagers. :-) I don't want to give too much away because one day I'd like to research developing it as a product for sale so I can be rich and get rid of this alcohol budget thing.
;-)
Oh yeah, I should use my blog to keep track of my alcohol expenditure for the month.
May - $10 so far. (I think it was ten bucks. It might have been 12. But that's OK.)
