I could never go to the Copperwood with a straight face - I used to go there with my family for birthday dinners when we were kids. We used to eat garlic bread, pumpkin soup, steak and chips followed by creme caramel or cheesecake. In my mind it is firmly a 70s restaurant, which it is obviously not now. A trip there to eat tapas would blow my mind.
I have sent the other half a link to the eco lodge with a huge hint in an email...OMG I could so loose myself and find myself there in oh ....maybe a couple of weeks *grins*
