Babyshower
I have briefly mentioned a baby shower to a couple of people, but I have decided not to do this in October. If we do have one, it will be in November when Chesh is home.

So: Babyshower cancelled.

This is not cancelled! And it's THIS SATURDAY! Come along, I can guarantee you all that we'll learns something! Not that I have any idea what we might learn, but I am sure it is something!

Melbourne Cup Day

Melbourne Cup Day is 6th of November! And it's still on! Bring some marinated meat/seafood or vegies for the BBQ and we'll provide salad. It should be a lovely day to enjoy the sun, the horsies, and Chesh's new unemployment *grin*

Looking forward to the party this saturday - I'm definitely coming, K depending on whether he's dancing (he's now working as a dancer for the court).

Obviously will be working melbourne cup day - but hope you have lots of fun!


Also am up for whatever you need at a later stage for baby shower, might even be unemployed by then.

It's really really fine - i promise. I know you're dealing with a lot - and I wish I wasn't also dealing with so much and could be there for you more in a practical way. I honestly feel like a bad friend on this basis - and am planning much in the way of cooking to try and make up for my lack.
