I took some random pics during my day. I liked the idea of the photo my week plan, but I didn't think I could do a whole week's worth. I just don't get the time! :-)

OK. I'll go to my GP tomorrow.

We went to a chemist as soon as john got home, and he sold us DermAID Soft 1% cream (contains hydrocortisone) for the red bits around the wound and told me to try and keep the blister as long as I could. I was doing really well and was very annoyed when I knocked it with my towel and it broke. I have a special burn bandage which has a shiny side which goes against the burn and doesn't stick to it, taped in place all the time. I washed it in fresh water yesterday and it wasn't painful or anything. It doesn't look like it's going weird, and it doesn't smell at all. I did it on Thursday.

It's probably not painful due to nerve damage. First aid rule of thumb says anything bigger than a 50c piece needs to be examined by a doctor. Well and truly of size...!

I went and saw the chemist again and he says the burn is looking excellent, to keep applying the burn bandages and also use an antiseptic cream on the wound. I'm pretty happy with his help and how its all looking, so I'm not going to try and see the GP tomorrow.
