Warning, I ramble. Gee, what surprise. Have I mentioned how much I love memes where I get to talk about myself?
Up to you how public you make the replies...
1. How would you describe yourself to a blind person? I have glasses, long hair, lots of it, and huge ...um... personalities. I'm a big lass with BIG personalities. And an even bigger smile.
2. How much of a good time is too much?
I'd like to refer to a song by Death in Vegas called "Cocaine and Gin". There's a certain point where you wake up on the second or third day, and your senses are rubbed raw and yet you get up and do it again and again and again. But there is a hurdle; you can tell if the party will have the impetus to get beyond the hurdle, and most don't. But conventions, however, that hurdle is usually done with by four or so in the morning of the first night! And then you get 2 hours sleep and start again....
3. What do you see yourself doing in five years Raising children. Cooking heaps. Partying rarely, but still hard. :-) I don't believe in child care, and from all the reports of the public ed system here, it's getting scary, so might have to send the rugrats to a private school, which will mean I will probably need to make money somehow. Even if there is no need for it, I find money fascinating, so will probably always be learning more and trying to use what we have well.
4. Who has taught you something important in your life? What did they teach you? Comtessa Lilith Liluri. Take what you can and run. *grin* This one is hard. Lil and I have known each other for over ten years now, almost 12, so we've both changed so much along the way it's hard to figure out what *exactly*. But we have both come to similar life philosophies, I guess, though perhaps down different paths. Her being on the other side of Australia hasn't changed our relationship a bit. *grin* My Mother. :-) She's wonderful. Mother taught me to be myself, and Lil helped me to solidify my "self" so I know who I am, and a side effect of knowing who you are is that you/I don't give in as much as I used to. The world takes me on My terms, not the other way around.

5. "Headonist" or hedonist? I will admit, I had to google this and it came up with nothing, so I'm guessing here... headonist being someone who lives in the head for their live/reality/sensuality/sexuality and hedonist. Hedonist being: "someone motivated by desires for sensual pleasures." (Thanks Google) Definately hedonist. But I think I get pleasure from different things to most people. *_* I take great pleasure in redefining sexuality and sex, I love to make liminal space in which the rules are all wrong... (quoting another Death in Vegas Song there - "Aisha!"). I love the physical senses, I love water across my skin, the tickle of my hair against my spine, and weight of my breasts. The feel of Chesh, and the way we both also have the same outlook on life; we'd rather regret the things we did than the things we don't do. It's gotten me into what other people would consider "trouble" but we've redefined the rules and we're happy. *grin* It's all hedonistic pleasures if you ask me! Life is to be LIVED and ENJOYED! You only get one, after all! (No, I don't believe in reincarnation. I firmly believe that one life is enough.) So maybe, after re-reading this, I'm abit of both? Or that I don't see the seperation like you do?

I've fallen more and more deeper in love with chesh than with any one. I never knew you could fall in love so often, and so much deeper each time, with one person before. :-)

Tee hee hee I guess I have. My bedroom. Cos I can be all safe and warm and snuggly and womblike without feeling restricted and crushed. Not that I feel restricted and crushed very often, it's just the bed room is special to my heart. And we bonk lots there. :-) So sleeping in and warm huggy feelings. :-)
4. Mythologically speaking, who do you best relate to? I started thinking about this one, and thought about my modern interpreation of Callisto, but I don't know the mythologies behind her. Perhaps I don't know enough mythology to find the one, or else I'm so tired I have no memory. Perhaps Kali. For a long time, the image of the dancing woman, eating her own children as she births them with her many arms (4 I think? so tired...) was a symbol I associated with a lot. Mostly, I think, because I realised how so many people around me failed to understand the cycle of life, and that death was not scary but necessary.
5. If you had to sacrifice one of your 5 senses, which would it be and why? Harsh question. I thought about it. I love my eyes. I can see Chesh, and I have seen sunrises and sunsets, new moons, waxings, wanings, stars, plants, trees, and the sky with clouds never ceases to amaze me. Have I seen enough? Never. I love to eat; the tastes and textures, sweet and hot, cold and chili, crunchy and smooth, salty, unami, sugary, hot doughnuts crunchy on the outside, sweet and soft on the inside, meat and fruit and lollies. Have I eaten enough? No. I love to feel; a man's skin, a woman's kiss, the accidental touch of a stranger, the feel of the keys under my nails, the slide of syrup and the stick of honey, I will never feel all I could want to feel. What about noise? I get tinnitus quite often, and apparently that's not a good sign. However, how could I miss the sweet sounds of good german boys singing of God, the call of the mudlark, liquid and delicious in the cold morning air. Chesh's voice, my cats purring, the sound of splanky's laughter. I can never hear enough either. Have I smelt enough? The yeasty floury scent of dough, the tang of orchids, the sweet dope of roses. Sweat, perfume, chlorine, food, cat pee, fresh print of newspaper, candles, essential oils,MAN SCENT, after shave, v a n i l l a ... I would not wish to live without it. However, of all the above, it seems to be the one I am least attached to, however smell is tightly wired with taste, and without one, the other becomes less. :-(
So, the sixth sense. Intuition. :-) I'd rather live without intuition than any other sense. *grin*
