I hate heat rash in some uncomfortable places. Yuck. And I'm a sucker for scratching. I'm being driven out of my mind by the urge to scratch, versus the knowlegde that it is Bad(tm).

*sigh*

I have started playing Diablo II again.

You should try having heat rash at work when your job involves near constant walking. Luckily I've found Dettol anitseptic cream heads off the problem very nicely. A much better solution that that time I hobbled him with intimate rawness and thoughtlessly applied Dencorub in the misguided hope it would help the skin to heal. And maybe it did. Not worth it for what I went through about two seconds after rubbing in the cream. It was an ouch moment.

remember, Bike pants are your friend for prevention (i learnt that from a very good friend and, well shit it works) and also some tinea creams are also good for rashes

I haven't actually tried bike pants (and in this instant, it's not there anyway).

Usually, I have a cold shower and put powder on the affected areas, making sure they are very dry, and it's fine by the next morning.

For this current one, I'm now using Tinderbox special ointment which seems to be doing better than the Vitamin E cream I was using at first.
