Inspired by Jamie Oliver's show last nightm I grabbed some foil and vegies and a bit of chicken and made foil pockets!
I softened up some rice noodles and put them on the bottom of the pockets, then some chopped snow peas, finely chopped broccoli, and leek. Then I put in fresh coriander, fresh grated ginger, finely crushed and chopped garlic, and chili. Then a layer of finely sliced chicken breast. Then a sprinkle of soy sauce, chinese wine, and a liberal dash or so of fish sauce. Then, wrapped them all up and shoved them into the oven for 20 minutes. Came out beautiful! First time I have ever tried to cook that way, too! And without a recipe from the net to help me either. *grin*
