It's cold tonight (and three am again)

Forecast is for about 2 degrees tonight. Bits of perth currently vary between .5 degrees through to .... well, swanbourne is 4.9. Mandurah is a warm 8. And one of the problems I seem to have with sleeping right now is that I'm too hot.

Next week they are covering Molecular Gastronomy and all sorts of yummy looking stuff. This week they covered Wagyu beef in ausrtralia! Now there's a herd i would NOT recommend letting any one else have ccess to breeding capabilities (*horde horde horde*) Mmmmm food....

There's apparently a gastronomie club in perth but it was hard to make out if it was an italian family who just looked to cook it up or if it was a club people could actually join. Mind you, the food looked awesome, and so probably out of my price range right now! And I want to go to Tasmania and eat everything....erk...
