Kind of Joining in on A Meme

I took some random pics during my day. I liked the idea of the photo my week plan, but I didn't think I could do a whole week's worth. I just don't get the time! :-)

Kofte Kebabs with Mint and Garlic Carrots and Couscous

The plan for this month is located here. Tonight's meal was all prepared within an hour, though I did have help from mynxii, cheshirenoir, and The Big V. I am extremely pleased. It worked out fast, and really well! It was lovely to be able to present a beautifully laid out meal. It looks like a mess afterwards though!!
