callistra | Kofte Kebabs with Mint and Garlic Carrots and Couscous

The plan for this month is located here. Tonight's meal was all prepared within an hour, though I did have help from

cheshirenoir, and The Big V. I am extremely pleased. It worked out fast, and really well! It was lovely to be able to present a beautifully laid out meal. It looks like a mess afterwards though!!

	Kofte Kebabs, Carrots and Couscous I wasn't fast enough... this is afterwards.
	Kofte Kebab Mince sausages on natural yoghurt, toasted pita bread, pine nuts, a tomato sauce and sumac.
	Carrots in Mint and Garlic Carrots in Mint and Garlic
	Couscous Generic couscous made with chicken stock and currants and a bit of butter.

Notes: The carrots were awesome cold the next day for lunch. The couscous made a nice salad with some balsamic dressing. Awesome carrots! The kebabs did not last the night. They were just so good and we kept picking at them.... tooo goooood. :-) Looked bloody awesome on the platter too, and looked like the picture in the book.
