You are all invited to a fundraising dinner for the Nardine Wimmin's Refuge.
Where: Valentino Cafe at 27 Lake St in Northbridge
When: Wednesday 21st at 6:30 for 7:00 start
What: You get a three course dinner and a short presentation on the women's refuge.
Cost: $40. There's a $5 corkage fee but they prefer that people order from the bar. If you bring something to drink, you will need to pay the corkage.
Nardine Wimmin's Refuge was founded in 1974 and offers shelter accommodation for up to five families at a time. It shelters about 50 families a year. They also offer counselling and public education.
