Someone spank me if I *ever* have a folder called Miscellaneous ever again

I'm doing The Big Clean. It's kind of depressing. Actually, it's very depressing. But also kind of liberating. I guess in this way, I'm closing the door, ending the relationship, and swearing never to sleep with PB ever again. I'm enforcing closure, and freeing myself for a new future. When I come back for July, I won't have my old desk, I won't be up in the admin building at all. I expect I will be deleted from most systems by then also. The pile of papers around me is not as big as it could be - I've been pretty good at the paperless office attempts. :-) I'm also paving the way for a new person to use my cubicle. I hope they find it clean and neat, I am happy to have worked here for 4 years, and I hope they are happy too. As I remove all my tokens and bits and peices, the area just gets greyer and drabber. Maybe I should find a ladybug and stick it to the inside of the drawers, a secret hint as to the nature of the previous occupant.

A suprise for the next user is always nice. Like the "found items" you always get when you move into a house. Something left by the last guy.

Ladybugs

I found three wooden ladybugs, but they are not sticky any more. So I will just leave them in the drawer in the stationary caddy thing.

It might be a very long time before they get a new friend though.
