Hey, I have been thinking... I'd like to take you up on your offer of photos for dinner *grin* ... so I have the hazelnuts for the torte... and I found some pasta today. I want to make a pasta beehive again. How does that sound for awesome?? Unless you want me to go with the month's theme or you have a certain request? I am feeling enthoozled. :-)
I have been staring at my north african cookbook. :-)
That would be great. We just need to find a time to take photos when there is decent light so perhaps a weekend would be best?
I'm drooling at the thought of that torte. What is a pasta beehive? I'm generally not a huge fan of pasta but that sounds intriguing.
North african also sounds quite interesting. I have some odd food dislikes though (most notably seafood) but I like trying new things too. I'm looking forward to this. :)

No need for seafood if you're not a fan, what else are you not into? :-) And yeah, probably a weekend. Somehow. More excited about the menu than the time right now! :-)
I'd go for Italian, as we just brought a ravioli maker, same as our pasta maker with an extra set of blades and the ravioli press. Half price in the city, there was one left. Karen remembers the name of the shop if your interested. Also you have two Italian cheese factories just round the corner from you. OOOOO! almost forgot, I also found a book on how to build a pizza/bread oven. I'm thinking of sacrificing some of our remaining back yard to build one, although Karen did suggest doing it the front garden.
Gosh *breathes for you* Nah, happy with the pasta maker for now, thanks for thinking of me! :-) Was wondering - dried mushrooms... you guys need to buy more soon...? :-)
I am thinking of going for a drive to check out the cheese factories, but, you know, I'm shy... but if I am to do all this african cooking people want then I need some fetta, a LOT of fetta. :-)
