If Canadians can combine Robbie Burns Day (the 25th of Jan) with Chinese New Year (26th of January) and come up with Gung Haggis Fat Choy (http://www.gunghaggisfatchoy.com/) as celebrated by Toddish McWong, then we should be able to come up with something equally impressive.
