I have been virus free for about two weeks now, which is a rather nice feeling.

I have have a sore side for a while now, bad enough for panadeine a few times.

I have done my knee in. *sigh* I was walking down the corridor and it went *click* and now it's fuxx0red. I went and saw my doctor who said some scary stuff, so now I am taking glucosamine and hoping we don't need to pull my knees apart and then smooth them down and then put them back together. Man, this still sounds scary even after a few days!

I did some editing the other day, so hopefully making progress. Writing novels still seems like a stupid idea. Actually, I lie. Writing them is fun and easy. Making them less eye-sporking is the hard part.

Kids are good, enjoying daycare and asking daily if they can go back.
:-)

Today we kicked off some 5 minute bread and some worcestershire sauce. I want to do some planning so that when we make cakes, V can get all the ingredients ready and the measuring cups. I don't think it's too impossible. Except for the bit where he can't open the fridge still. That could be a problem.

I'll be posting about it here:

It;s not up yet, the introductory post, because I can't seem to get blogger to work with embedding the video. I followed the instructions, but no go. However, the posts will be starting in a few days.

I'm going to document what I do with the dough.

My sister had the knee thing done very recently and it was apparently horrible. (She's brave about pain, too.) Avoid it if you can. OTOH, she was in a lot of pain before the op.

Knee ops can be excruciating, from what I understand...I am still procrastinating on what I need done because of the stories I have heard. But if it's the cartilage scraping one, I have had it done and it's bearable. It was day surgery and I walked out of hospital - but I did op for crutches after that.

Two of my friends swear by glucosamine for wrist / RSI / lower back pain.

I’ve started taking it recently, and it does seem to help with joint pain. ^_^

I hope you don't need the op. *crosses fingers*
