Things I did today:
Quiche
Cheese cake
Lemon Meringue Pie

Why I am proud of myself:
I made the lemon meringue pies from scratch. I've never done it before, and I'm crap at pastry. I'm better now though!!




Also the first time I have ever made meringue from scratch too!
