Can't sleep. Eyes are tired. I think I might be hot but I'm not sweating. I don't think the vitamin E cream is working, have moved onto herbal stuff.
:-)
Bored. I hoep you have all updated. I should have grabbed my glasses when I snuck out of the bedroom. Instead, I have just upped the font size to "Impossibly Huge" and still squinting.
;-)
Apparenrlt it is still about 20 degrees outside. Given we're probably a degree or two hotter inside the house still, it's probably 21/22 degrees, so I guess I am hot. Just too tired to notice? And I can't go for a quick swim - the chlorine in the water won't help. The heat rash is actually caused by three things at once I think. 1) I drank about a third of a litre of milk. I stopped drinking Milk several years ago, but thought I'd try it again. I've been drinking about a half a cup at a time, and had no adverse effects, so the other day I got enthused and drank a 330 mL cup of it. 2) I had a bad night. (Wot a surprise) and got back to bed at 8:30. I wrapped myself in a quilt and slept until midday. I woke up very hot. I believe the beginnings of the heat rash is then. 3) That same day, I had an afternoon nap. Not realising I was actually going to sleep, I did not bother to take off my wet bra and bathers.
*sigh*
So, I have learnt: if I am going to lie down on the bed for even a second, get naked and/or dry.
The thing about the milk might be incidental. But when I used to drink milk, I used to get allergies like this a bit more often. I might go back to the one thirds of a cup, or else only in cups of tea for a bit once this is gone.
Oh, and I am SOOOOO not doing any memes tonight.
