Yep. Currently thinking about making lemon curd, and then individual lemon cheesecakes and putting the lemon curd on top, and duck in red curry and lychee sauce and pineapples and noodles and han's cafe and ....

We did the Loosebox gastronomic meal last year for our anniversary. It was quite amazing. Dunno if I'd pay to learn to cook there though, but then again, I'm not obsessed with food preparation like some. ;)
