Today just feels like poo

If we make a cake, will it be a sad cake?
*sigh*

I have started reading this (it's about unspoken problems in workplaces) and it makes me want to strangle people. What sort of a decision maker makes decisions that, if he was standing in front of the team affected by them, doesn't want to own those decisions? It makes me want to bang my head on the wall. Why is it that some management seem to think this managing by numbers is fine, and then get fucked up when it comes to real life?

I need more sleep. I feel hateful. Grrr. Arg.
