Although, I was on hold for about three or four minutes. Long enough for me to get annoyed about standing up, but not long enough for me to actually sit in the corridor like I usually do when on hold for too long. But the chickie was very nice, very helpful, patient, and even asked at the end if there was anything else she could help me with.
I didn't ring them back in the end; I figure if there's a problem it shoudl appear after this financial year. :-)
