Yesterday was a "Not Coping" day. Thankfully, we are all still alive, fed, and watered. It's good to have low standards sometimes.

Today however I am inordinately pleased that I have swept the floor, and look to be on track to put on a load of dishes and tackle the mess in the kitchen.

So, all I can say is "Yay for today!"

Yay for today indeed. I've had a non-coping couple of weeks. Was feeling much better this week and then, my cold came back last night. So, feeling physically crap, but emotionally stronger.
