Feeling Virtuous

I have had decaf coffee all day long, for lunch I had fresh fruit with natural yoghurt and honey, plus I made no-knead bread for our contribution to dinner at Mums.

I feel very virtuous indeedy.

I would'nt drink decaf ever , mainly cos I know the process and the chemical they use to make it decaf , I'd rather drink peppermint tea ,at least the process they use to make decaf isn't as bad it use to be or so I heard (I could be wrong though).

If you get decaf that's decaffeinated using the swiss water process, then it doesn't use any nasty chemicals.
