Feeling Virtuous

I have had decaf coffee all day long, for lunch I had fresh fruit with natural yoghurt and honey, plus I made no-knead bread for our contribution to dinner at Mums.

I feel very virtuous indeedy.

So you're not worried about the extra chemicals used to decaffinate the coffee?
