Well, I am proud of myself

I just made:
Dinner for two (bbq beef in pita bread with tomato and lettuce and cheese)
Carrot soup, three serves
Biscotten torte
*and* did all the dishes too.

All this after I got home at 7:15. (It's now 9:00ish).

I made biscotten torte! I like desserts that have to be constructed, and this one certainly fits the bill. It has layers of almondy buttery filling and biscuits dipped in rum and milk and layer upon layer upon layer...tomorrow night we come home, whip the cream, and make it pretty! Yay!

We saw spideyman 2 yesterday, it was fun. I like going to the movies with my boys. :-)

This whole post is quite disjointed. I've heard lee has updated his blog, so I'm off to check it out.
