callistra: Fuschia from Sinfest crying her heart out next to Hell's flames (Good as Gold AOL)
Summary: Blah blah blah lingerie. Lingerie blah blah blah. Lingerie. Blah, Bra. Wine, bra bra helping people, bra blah. Going to Sin tonight.

Wednesday: Drove to Narrogin for Lingerie Party. Had a fantastic time.
Thursday: Drove to South Guildford for a Lingerie Party. Had a great time.
Friday: Drove to Kenwick for a Lingerie Party. Had a fabulous time.
Saturday: Drove to Fremantle for a Lingerie Party. It rocked!
Tomorrow: Drive to Belmont for a Lingerie Party. Will be heaps of fun.
Tomorrow night: Drive to South Perth for a Lingerie Party. It will be truly awesome!

This morning: dreamt I was sleeping on lingerie, using the oil filled bras as my pillows. *sigh*
:-)

Monday and Tuesday will be Lingerie Free Days, apart from completing the paperwork from this weekend. I won't be allowed to do, think, listen, or watch anything related to Lingerie. I will force myself to take some time off, go and have a swim in a heated pool, chat to some friends and not mention lingerie (yeah, right!) and relax. This dreaming of Lingerie is kind of disturbing.

That pretty much sums up my week for now. Except for the bit on friday where I managed to stuff 20 crates of wine into the 121, I took photos cos I know no one will believe me, and drove them to Balcatta for delivery. Had coffee, went home and then went to PO to post the order from the night before, a wedding due in a few weeks, so the order had to be in ASAP, and then walked to Mum's school for the wine tasting before picking up Cheshire, driving him to Leederville for the chiro, picking up Mynxii on the way, and going to her place to do the party. Um. Yeah. Busy busy busy bee indeed!

Despite the sheer number of parties I am having right now, I am enjoying every single one. It's great to be doing this. :-) There's always a certain level of stress when you start a new job, hence the dreams. I have caught up with all sorts of friends that "I have been meaning to..." and yet never quite made it. I hope I have made some people very happy with their underwear, and hope to get more myself. It's all so pretty and I can get stuff in my own size!! Yay! And I have to admit, I love the amazed look in some people's eyes when they put on a dream bra (the oil filled ones) and bounce out of a room to show every one going "LOOK!!! I HAVE BOOBS!!!) Kind of like when I get people to try on corsets. :-) I've also missed the feeling of helping people. Support used to be really good for me, because I like to help people out. And in support, that's what you're doing. It's just when you have the same person for the 20th time, asking the same question again, that you start to lose your pleasure in helping, because you realise that they are just using you as a crutch, rather than solving the problem, they want a quick fix of YOU doing THEIR work. *sigh* I love helping people and I guess that's also why I am so involved with volunteer groups as well. I'm so glad I left work! Yay!

I spose I should start getting ready for Sin, but I think I will let my dinner go down some more first. The corset I am planning on wearing tonight is designed for someone shorter than me, and sits on my tummy in just the wrong spot when I've eaten. :-) But with the new Milano bra that I intend to wear tonight, I am sure no one will be looking anywhere else anyway! (The lace looks like tiny little fingers!!!!)

So, how do you manage to have a lingerie free day if you have to wear it? Methinks you are kidding yourself.

Now I'm imagining [livejournal.com profile] callistra in a beret and military fatigues a la Kylie Minogue in that really dreadful movie. I doubt [livejournal.com profile] callistra is going to thank me for this image.

No, that was "Streetfighter", wasn't it? I thought it was very funny, and the villain was one of Raoul Julia's more magnificent roles. Sad it was the one he ended his career on though.

Yes, Streetfighter, which I thought enjoyably funny because it was such a terrible mess. Kylie as 'warrior chick' for example was totally unbelievable. I declare that movie dreadful, but amusingly dreadful.

LOL
I've always wanted to run a con, or a weekend retreat for about 16 people, wearing army pants and carrying a million useful things in all the pockets.
:-)

Casablancacon!

That would so work for CasablancaCon!
(Russ and I were driving past the old el Cabello Blanco site, where they have a hotel/thingy called Casablanca. We decide dit would be a cool place for a con, even though there's no public transport and the only source of junk food is the servo next door.
Fun!

Not that we're actually having one, mind, but that we thought it was a fab idea :)
