I was poking around Taste.com.au, and read a recipe and went OMG 6 serves and that much X,Y and Z?? I bet they use Texas muffin tins.

And I was right.

I love my giant texas muffin tins. There's a awesome banana muffin recipe on taste.com.au that I've used twice already since discovering it two weeks ago, and am going to us again tomorrow, and whilst it doesn't say to use the dadgum big muffin tins, I looked at the recipe myself and thought "hmmm only 4 muffins out of those? definitely the big muffin tin!". I like using it for muffins anyhows ;D Make great sized breakfast muffins.
